We found an open-source content management system called Typo3 (http://dw.com.com/redir?destUrl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.typo3.com%2F&siteId=22&oId=2100-9593-6043049&ontId=9593&lop=nl.ex), which is an enterprise CMS that rivals commercial products costing $60,000. A local firm in Colorado with experience on the LAMP platform (http://news.zdnet.com/2100-9593_22-6033821.html?tag=nl) customized it for Typo3.
