I discovered MOC Knowledgebase.

Weird, sometimes the main typo3 ext. repository search does not show all ext. A cherez google vse ishetsa normalno:)

Месяцев 10 назад снова обсуждалась такая задача - и уже однозначное решение: делать с использованием tt_news. Причем без всяких доработок
tt_news default fulnctionality is OK for knowlegebase.
