Шаблон появился... А почему может не отображаться контент?
Добавляю через "Страницы TV"

Да и отображается как-то странно в IE (css_style_content подключен).

А как поменять <!DOCTYPE ... ?

В шаблоне правильно прописано, но выдает совершенно другой doctype.

Note that the keywords also change the way TYPO3 generates some of the XHTML tags to ensure valid XML. If you set doctype to a string, then you must also set config.xhtmlDoctype (see below).

Default is a DOCTYPE like this:
