Ошибка активации static_info_tables

выводит это сообщение
#1270853878: TYPO3 Fatal Error: Extension key "static_info_tables" was NOT loaded!

BadFunctionCallException thrown in file
F:\TYPO3_4.4.0\htdocs\sait\t3lib\class.t3lib_extmg m.php in line 156.
