English showing up as Английский
 

My ru/en website keeps showing Английский instead of English.

This is not much help for English speakers visiting the site cold and arriving on an ru translated page.

I have been through the various configs for the language menu but each time the same.

Has anyone got a work around or is it only me?

what extension are you using, can you be more specific?
