URL как html

Какое расширение "делает" URL-ы из допустим index.php?id=1&L=1 в index.html ? Или URL новостей php на допустим novost_dnya.html. Или вот на этом сайте видел URL - apparatnye-i-programmnye-trebovanija.html
И где эти расширения можно скачать?

расширение realurl
скачать можно из репозитория на typo3.org:
