Russian TYPO3 community - Новый новичок в старой обертке

Доброго дня, дали мне архив и сказали: "На изучай!"

И так. базу вроде приципил. дамп встал, положил все куда надо.
теперь вылетают ошибки следующие. Может кто подскажит.
