Configuring Typo for UTF-8

Sorry I don't understand Russian (English, French, anybody?).
I am trying to set up a Typo site in to accept content in English, German, Russian, and would like to use UTF-8 for content. But I cannot find anywhere in Typo documentation that tells me how to do this. Can anybody help please? Many thanks, Joel

Hi,

there is a new developer version (not stable yet), wich works with th UTF-8 charset:
http://130.228.0.33/t3dl/src/

Set up the forceCharset property in the installTool to utf-8.
