Typo3 Job - Upgrade - Redesign

My project consists on upgrading my site to the latest version of typo3, put the vbulletin database in a separte database (right now it resides in the same database as typo3, obviously this job have to be done without breaking the integration between TYPO3 and Vbulletin) my site use the script and hacks built by Valery Romanchev to integrate them, and finally but not least the redesign of my site.
